Learning Engineers

Learning Engineers fan the flames of curiosity, never douse a child's enthusiasm, and always encourage creativity. A learning engineer is a facilitator of our learning lab. They encourage children to explore what interests them. A learning engineer builds relationships with the children and their families.

I am new to the Greenville area. I lived in Indiana my whole life until now! My family is a huge priority in my life along with my two kitties, Sunny and Benny. I enjoy relaxing outside in a hammock, by a bonfire, canoeing, hiking, and anything nature related.

I previously taught kindergarten and 5th grade but am excited about my new journey at Sprattronics. Teaching has always been my passion because I enjoy creating a learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions and be themselves. I look forward to meeting and building relationships with your children through an exciting learning experience!

Sprattronics Learning Lab, located in Greenville, SC, empowers children to solve problems, innovate with creativity, and thrive in complexity. Too many capable children are not reaching their full potential. At Sprattronics Learning Lab we promote critical thinking, curiosity, and experimentation. Each week is a different theme where students learn to work collaboratively, design and test their ideas, and learn hands-on, all while having a blast and gaining confidence.

Sprattronics Learning Lab is an enrichment center for families that choose to homeschool, GCS students that want better after-school programs, and for any family that wants to maximize their child's potential. Families pay a monthly membership fee and then drop their child (age 4 - 12) off anytime for up to three hours. We are open Monday - Friday from 10AM to 8PM. We maximize a child's potential while the parent can go and be a top-performer.

Who are we looking for?

We are a startup, recently opened in July of 2022. You believe that education is not a one size fits all solution. You are passionate about science, engineering, and providing hands-on explorations and problem solving. You want to be involved in the early stages of an exciting education option for families.

You will be an expert at our stations and help children get started with a wide range of activities. Our facility features an incredible art area to create masterpieces, an engineering challenge area to solve real problems, a building space to construct structures, the coziest reading area and best books available, science explorations, and lots of freedom to explore.
